From your dashboard:

  1. Log in to your premium account
  2. Look for the golden "Manage QR Codes" button in your dashboard
  3. Click to open the QR management interface

Select a Mediation Template

Choose from 5 pre-configured templates designed for common conflict scenarios:

Sibling Toys
Children fighting over toys, games, or screen time

Configure Participant Information

Add context about the people who will use this QR code:

For Each Participant:
  • Name: How they should be addressed
  • Age: Helps AI adjust communication style
  • Role: Their relationship (sibling, roommate, etc.)
  • Notes: Behavioral patterns, triggers, preferences
Example Notes:
  • "Usually the instigator"
  • "Gets frustrated easily"
  • "Responds better to structure"
  • "Needs validation first"
Privacy Note: This information is encrypted and only used to personalize the mediation experience.

Write Custom Prompts

Create scenario-specific questions that address your recurring conflicts:

Generate and Deploy Your QR Code

Once configured, generate your QR code and make it accessible:

Download Options:
  • PNG Image: For printing and posting
  • PDF with Instructions: Includes usage guide
  • Apple Wallet Pass: Add to phone for instant access (coming soon)
Strategic Placement:
  • Kitchen/Family Room: Where family conflicts often occur
  • Shared Spaces: Common areas for roommates
  • Workplace: Meeting rooms or collaboration spaces
  • Mobile: Save to phone wallpaper or wallet
Backup Access: Each QR code also gets a 6-digit numeric code for phone dial-in access.

Using Your QR Code

When Conflict Arises:
  1. Scan the QR code with any smartphone camera
  2. Choose mediation mode:
    • Voice - Speakerphone: Both parties share one phone
    • Voice - Separate Phones: Each person uses their own device
    • Web Chat: Text-based mediation in browser
    • Offline Worksheet: Printable forms for later discussion
  3. Follow AI guidance: The mediator knows participant names and context
  4. Complete the session: Agree on action items and next steps
